Afterwards, we follow up with personalized emails to all contacts. These emails will include your donation link, information about upcoming events, and any other relevant information.

These individualized emails tend to have a much higher response rate than most mass communications.

Following up within several hours of the call session maximizes the success rate.

Reconcile

Finally, we add your call notes to our database with details on when and how to follow-up. We keep this information up-to-date and will note any interactions with contacts that take place after a call session is finished, including when and how much a donor contributes.
